A few minor delays in getting the paperwork done but the process was relatively smooth. David McNeal was a great sales rep. He is pleasant, and friendly and kept me in the loop throughout the process. The only suggestion I can make to improve online purchases is to include delivery in order to compete with the likes of Carvava etc. I had to arrange delivery myself and used SGTautotransport as the broker which was also a fairly easy process. GalTex Auto LLC delivered the car. They were both very pleasant and professional. More

They had my truck over a week for a recall and no one called me or returned my 8 messages. Even the “service manager” didn’t call me back. Poor communication and very poor service. Most dealers don't want to work on Class C motorhomes, but they were very helpful to diagnose my problem and also take care of a recall matter with my E-450 vehicle. Not so with Ford, a catalytic convert but they were very helpful to diagnose my problem and also take care of a recall matter with my E-450 vehicle. Not so with Ford, a catalytic convertor has been on backorder for over 9 months with no idea of when one will be available. I had to have an aftermarket one installed, causing my issue. My motorhome would have not been usable without it. Ford should have more dealers in a major metropolitan area that will be willing to service motorhomes on a Ford chasis. More
