I had a 4:30 appointment for an oil change. After waiting in the waiting room for 1 hour 20 minutes, I went to check on the status and found that my truck was still sitting there. I tracked down a service advisor who then went and got someone to finally service my truck. That took another 45 minutes or so. So all in, I waited over 2 hours for an oil change. The service rep discounted the price by $15…that was a good gesture, but I would rather have had a quick oil change. Not a good customer experience…you asked, so I shared. More

He is pleasant, and friendly and kept me in the loop throughout the process. The only suggestion I can make to improve online purchases is to include delivery in order to compete with the likes of Carvava etc. I had to arrange delivery myself and used SGTautotransport as the broker which was also a fairly easy process. GalTex Auto LLC delivered the car. They were both very pleasant and professional. More

Most dealers don't want to work on Class C motorhomes, but they were very helpful to diagnose my problem and also take care of a recall matter with my E-450 vehicle. Not so with Ford, a catalytic convert but they were very helpful to diagnose my problem and also take care of a recall matter with my E-450 vehicle. Not so with Ford, a catalytic convertor has been on backorder for over 9 months with no idea of when one will be available. I had to have an aftermarket one installed, causing my issue. My motorhome would have not been usable without it. Ford should have more dealers in a major metropolitan area that will be willing to service motorhomes on a Ford chasis. More
