Bought a used car that was listed to have had a warranty, but when we got to the numbers/purchase they said it was a mistake and the dealer would not give a warranty and pulled that peace of mind and made me but when we got to the numbers/purchase they said it was a mistake and the dealer would not give a warranty and pulled that peace of mind and made me sign acknowledging no warranties. This was all mentioned to me after a test drive where I mentioned some issues I could feel during test drive. The Carfax showed no accidents reported, which is possible, however I'd find it hard to believe that their mechanics who look it over would not have noticed the problems I found simply by test driving the vehicle and my mechanic later confirmed. The motor had a shake when in gear but stopped at red light, then went away. Took it to my mechanic and they said the car had definitely been in accident, and the motor cradle was bent, as well as several other issues and he didn't know if he could fix it. In defense the dealership allowed me to return the vehicle less than 24 hours later and cancelled the purchase because I was in the 5 day or 250 miles or which ever comes first window. I'm not saying any of this was for sure known on their end, but taking away warranty upon negotiations after I questioned and mentioned an obvious problem which was unknown to be minor or major at the time, and the fact that they relisted a (more than likely) unfixed car...the same one... a few days later for sale on website, definitely gives me multiple reasons not to trust them. Just too many negative coincidences for me to do business with them. I also put cash down on the deal and wasn't able to write this review until I was assured I'd get my cash back so I could shop elsewhere. I had to tract them down to get my cash back instead of them reaching out and keeping me informed of the status/returning our money. After a couple calls to managers a check was finally cut over a week later. More
My truck was at dealership a week, no service was conducted, service department lied about investigating issues. When I called dealership I received various stories, one person would say truck was conducted, service department lied about investigating issues. When I called dealership I received various stories, one person would say truck was in shop being looked at then a second person would look at the truck tomorrow. Bottom line is dealership repeatedly lied, my truck was never serviced, and I had to fight to get my vehicle back. Absolutely the worse experience. I would not recommend this dealership! More
Kaylen was great! Dealership is a drive from my house and Kaylen answered all my questions beforehand. Appreciate that finance didn't push too hard on add-ons.
