This was my first service visit for an oil change but they also did other various maintenance checks. It was free due to my service plan but the service was done in less than an hour and the service advi they also did other various maintenance checks. I’ve been to this dealer a number of times and have had various work done. I’ve compared quotes from other Ford dealers in the valley are they are pretty expensive. The assistant service manager attempted to sell me a brake job when it wasn’t needed. I took my car to another dealer and they didn’t find any problems with the brakes and there was plenty of pad material left. They also attempted to sell me a radiator flush when it had already been flushed recently. More
