I have only driven the truck a few miles since service, not long enough to be certain that the quality of work is satisfactory. I'm assuming it will be a 5, but gave a 4 for the time being. I’ve been to this dealer a number of times and have had various work done. I’ve compared quotes from other Ford dealers in the valley are they are pretty expensive. I would recommend getting a quote from other Ford dealers in the valley before having any work done here. I would also be cautious when it comes to them recommending service to your vehicle. The assistant service manager attempted to sell me a brake job when it wasn’t needed. I took my car to another dealer and they didn’t find any problems with the brakes and there was plenty of pad material left. They also attempted to sell me a radiator flush when it had already been flushed recently. More
