Bad Experience I can write a book about the issues I've encountered with this dealership, but it's not worth my time and I don't want to disrespect the individuals t I can write a book about the issues I've encountered with this dealership, but it's not worth my time and I don't want to disrespect the individuals that did choose to help me. But the service department was very unprofessional and unorganized. Customer service was very rude. I strongly suggest you stay away from this dealership. By all means I'm not trying to bash on AutoNation FORD, but I just don't want other individuals to go through what I went through with getting my vehicle properly diagnosed by the service department. It was a miserable, hot Arizona day, and my daughter's a/c was out in the car she just purchased from a private party (funny how that happens, huh?). The bluetooth on my brand new Escape would not work. I came into the dealership 5 different times and they could not fix it. Now after telling him that I will be going to another dealer, he continues to call and email me asking for a report of what the other dealer is doing to fix my car. He needs to leave me alone. More
We're very excited about our new Ford (not bought at a Ford dealership). However, we've been very disappointed with the service at Power Ford in Scottsdale. Use Power Ford North Scottsdale at YOUR OWN RISK I went in to get routine break service on my vehicle and when I picked up the car two diagnostic lights were on (abs break and traction control light stayed in to get routine break service on my vehicle and when I picked up the car two diagnostic lights were on (abs break and traction control light stayed on). Of course when I complained about it they claimed the lights were on prior to me dropping off the car. I pushed my complaint up the ladder to Ford in Detroit we'll see what becomes of it. Either way I refuse to go back here and I hope you heed my warning and do the same. More
My service rep Mike Quinton always goes the extra mile to get things done. Most recently there was a glitch with my extended warranty coverage. Between Mike and the finance manager Steve, they were able to get things done. Most recently there was a glitch with my extended warranty coverage. We have also purchased a vehicle from this dealer, and the process was GREAT. We're loyal Power Ford customers and look forward to doing with business with them for a long time to come. More
