My only suggestion for a complete experience would be to wash the vehicle after service. Being there for 2 days it was pretty dirty. Bought my Raptor here in 2013. I still have it. Brought it in for service and the process went smoothly. They didn’t try to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t need. "No transmission mode available" It entered a limp mode. I don't know of any independent shops who have Ford's software for the transmission. They completed the seat belt insulation recall. No charge. They reprogrammed the transmission module and cleared the error codes. They also did a road test to get all the modules "relearning". Charge: $647, OUCH! They drove the truck 6 miles. That would take ~10 minutes. They reprogrammed the module and cleared codes. ~15 minutes. They have the Ford tools. $50-$100. I believe a fair charge would have been $150-$250. I need my truck for work, and they are the only ones who can do this. They did fix the issue, the price is my only complaint. More
