I would like to start by saying that I love my Transit Connect minivan. I was notified by Ford that there was a recall on the sliding door latches. Before I was able to get it in, the latch broke. In scheduling the repair, I encountered what I thought was a major hiccup. When I was unable to get an equitable solution, I contacted Warren Miller the General Manager of AutoNation Scottsdale. He immediately reached out to me. Without any argument, he quickly resolved the issue, doing so beyond my expectations. He then followed up with me. to ensure that I was comfortable with the resolution. In a time of less than favorable opinion of auto dealers, Mr. Miller showed exemplary ethics, professionalism, and the kind of customer service that is so often lacking in business today. Scheduled an appointment well in advance and had the car there before my 10:00 appointment. I was told that I would have to leave the car there overnight because they couldn't even look t it until the next there before my 10:00 appointment. Why the xxxx schedule an appointment if you can't even look at it until the next day, I had previously tried to schedule an oil change there the month before but they were booked out for month. I was going on a trip and wanted the oil changed before I left. I ended up going to Chapman Ford and got the oil changed the next day. It was such a great experience at Chapman, I scheduled an oil change for my 2020 GT500 for the next day.
