Had a 9:30am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Clinton Nemis the Service agent told me it should be 2 hours. At two hours I went to him and said how much longer. Oil change and tire rotation took 4 hours. When I went to leave whoever parked my car put me in such a position that I could not access my vehicle from the drivers side. Service advisor Clinton Ninus is very trustworthy, fair and honestly gives it to you straight regarding what your car needs for service. He keeps you updated on car status and returns calls in a timely ma and honestly gives it to you straight regarding what your car needs for service.
