Before my appointment, I confirmed with customer service that they had courtesy vehicles available fir customers to use/rent. When I arrived and checked in my vehicle, I was told Ford had sold all their cou that they had courtesy vehicles available fir customers to use/rent. When I arrived and checked in my vehicle, I was told Ford had sold all their courtesy vehicles which were no longer available for customers. I was also told the shuttle would be a minimum two hour wait. I had to make arrangements for my boyfriend to come up from downtown to pick me up and take me home. The next day once my vehicle was ready for pick up, I had to Uber back to the dealership, and the driver told me they had many car share programs with dealerships in the area and that they would most likely pay for my trip. Unfortunately, my rep told me they would not pay for the Uber trip. This was yet another disappointment… finally, the rep came back with a laundry list of items wrong with my truck. My water pump needed to be replaced was one - declining the repair at this time, I was told they would fill up the coolant so I could drive home safely. I had the rep open my hood and the coolant reservoir was half an inch below the acceptable level. I asked the rep if he could again please fill that for me before I drove home, and he disappeared and came back with three bottles of water, and proceeded to dump an entire bottle of water into my coolant reservoir, stating coolant was very expensive and this was an easier fix. I appreciate and understand the Ford mechanics and their thoroughness, however I was not in a position to drop over $4000 in repairs. I went to another auto mechanic who was also Ford certified in Mesa, and paid much less than what the dealership wanted to charge. The dealership also told me my brake pads were paper thin - I had an opportunity to review the brakes when they were removed before being replaced, and there was a good quarter to half inch left on them. I feel the level of Customer Service has taken a serious dive at the AutoNation Ford dealership in Scottsdale, and their only interest is in simply making money and not providing any sort of convenience for the paying customers. Originally told the oil/filter change would take 3 to 4 hours, which seems a little crazy. However, it only took 1 1/2 hours which is more reasonable. hours, which seems a little crazy. However, it only took 1 1/2 hours which is more reasonable. More

He looked stunned and reached for paperwork and said they just scheduled it with one of their guys. It took three and 1/2 hours to get the truck for its first oil change at Autonation Scottsdale. Would you be happy? More
