Poor Service; incorrect diagnosis; over priced. In addition, over charging us $1000 for fixing our Ford F-350 starter, they messed up our dashboard light which was working prior to dropping the vehicl addition, over charging us $1000 for fixing our Ford F-350 starter, they messed up our dashboard light which was working prior to dropping the vehicle at the dealership so that they could fix the starter, and now are not taking the responsibility to fix what they broke and want us to pay another $1000 to fix the dashboard light. Took 2017 Edge again due to rats, for the second time in two years. Once again, they did a great job diagnosing the problem and only fixed the wiring without replacing any electrical components. I had already replaced a wiring harness and the windshield washer hoses, but a problem still remained for the fuel gauge, which required lowering the fuel tank. Great job by the technician and my advisor, Adam. More

My phone was dying and I was trying to pick up my car after I got out of work at 5:40 PM. (I know that is my problem not their's.) My work place is 7 minutes away, driving. So it shouldn't have been a pr after I got out of work at 5:40 PM. (I know that is my problem not their's.) My work place is 7 minutes away, driving. So it shouldn't have been a problem getting thier however, their were no urber drivers willing to pick me up because it wasn't worth it for them, too short of a ride. I asked my sales person to please asked his manager Timothy to make an exception because I'm only 7 minutes away and my phone is dying. He said no and I asked to speak to him. He kept me on hold for a long time and then the call "dropped." I didn't bother calling back because my phone was dying. I finally got a ride and when I got there. Six guys were literally doing nothing not even on there computers. Just standing around BSing. Timothy could have sent someone. Anyway, getting there the guy how helped me seem annoyed and then when I got in my car I saw that my seat wasn't put back into its place, and the cover to the electrial compartment was not put back. So on top of no level of customer service they were sloppy. Timothy called me the next day. Completely a useless conversation. Needless to say I would never recommend this dealership. I rather dive across town than to deal with these guys. More
