The dealership always works me in promptly, especially when I run into an unusual problem with my vehicle. I have been relying on them for the past 7 years to take care of my SUV. They do excellent work and I have never had any issues once they've performed their work. I know I can count on them to do a thorough examination of my vehicle and to give me "early warning" if they see something that will need to be addressed in the near future or perhaps 6 months down the road. The staff is always polite, helpful and thorough. I hope to keep my Ford vehicle for some years to come, and I will continue to use their services. More

Aaron our service advisor was terrific. this rating is no reflection on him. i took my car in because the ford sync operation of the whole screen wasn’t working. i was told a new one was installed and i’m reflection on him. i took my car in because the ford sync operation of the whole screen wasn’t working. i was told a new one was installed and i’m still having similar issues. screen delays, black screen, unable to turn the radio off, navigation sporadically works and the list goes on. i’m very disappointed and not looking forward to bringing my car back More

Up until my visit yesterday I would have rated you a five star place of business as I loved taking my car into your dealership. Yesterday I had a 1:00 PM appointment for a oil change, service and tire rotat star place of business as I loved taking my car into your dealership. Yesterday I had a 1:00 PM appointment for a oil change, service and tire rotation. This usually takes about one hour. Yesterday I was told it could take four. I was dumb founded. It actually only took about two and half hours but still the service was far from superior or up all my previous visits. Time element, no paper protectors on floor board, no curtsesy car wash, dirty hand prints on the driver door. I got the feeling that things are not good there. I was so disappointed. Kevin Morgan, your service man is always nice and friendly I just feel there is something wrong within the business. If it is staffing and lack of help; maybe take less appointments, do your quality work and keep your customers happy and wanting to come back. Also, it was absolutely freezing in your showroom. You could save money by regulating the temperature. I want to look forward to my future visits with you and continue to feel that my car is receiving the best tender love and care that I have felt it has in the past, Respectfully, Gloria Barker More
