This was a return for service that did not fix the problem first time. When the mechanic tried to replicate the problem said he had never seen this in 22 years of work. It took a couple of days and actually running a camera into my fuel tank system, but found a tip piece that had come off a refueling nozzle. Nice job, only problem with things is phone system that does not seem to get voice mail to the Supervisors. More
I called the service center regarding an issue with the passenger door on my vehicle. He got me all squared away by setting up an appointment with the body shop despite the fact that I'm still dealing with the issue. He didn't have to go out of his way to set up the appointment for me, but he did anyway, which was very courteous of him. I've gotten my car serviced with Autonation Ford in the past, and the service has been exceptional every time. More
Took way to long for the recall and for Ford to respond to there phone call. Advisor said 3 days it was closer to 5 and that was my only car!
