There was no solution to the problem with a brand new vehicle. The vehicle was returned to me dirty and with a nick in the paint on the driver’s side door. Overall a disappointing experience. In there defense on the repair, this may be a design flaw in the 2022 Bronco that Ford refuses to address as such. More
I still can't believe that after scheduling an appointment over 2 weeks prior to the service date that it still took over 2 hours to have an oil change and tire rotation. AutoNation really should appointment over 2 weeks prior to the service date that it still took over 2 hours to have an oil change and tire rotation. AutoNation really should look into having "Quick Lane" service. I can have the same service in under an hour at my Illinois dealership, without an appointment. More
Found them to do what they say, and do what needs to be done and no more. Great dealer! I have gone to dealers all over the country, this one is one of the best. done and no more. Great dealer! I have gone to dealers all over the country, this one is one of the best. More
Exceptional Service Experience: Auto Nation Ford communicates at a very high level; from the appointment process to arrival and handoff and then communicating clearly the needed repairs and costs wa communicates at a very high level; from the appointment process to arrival and handoff and then communicating clearly the needed repairs and costs was outstanding. I like how they work as a TEAM in service and each person is familiar with my personal repair issue. I felt the quality, price of the repairs was fair and the transparency and follow-up amazing. More
My Service Advisor, Mark was great and worked very hard to get my car fixed correctly and completely. The extended warranty people are another matter entirely. While they did cover most of the problem, t to get my car fixed correctly and completely. The extended warranty people are another matter entirely. While they did cover most of the problem, they made the process as painful as humanly possible. While the car was in the shop getting worked on, the warranty folks dragged their heels taking an unacceptable amount of time to approve all the work that was needed to make my car right again. This was supposed to be done in two days, but it took EIGHT, because of the terrible performance of the warranty company. They wasted my time and the repair shop's time. We lost five days to this nonsense and when the shop was done making the repairs to the front end, they needed to do an alignment because that is what is needed to finish a job where you're replacing parts in the front suspension. Logical and necessary. The warranty company refused, after all this, to pay for the alignment. Absurd and outrageous. It's like replacing tires but refusing to install the lug nuts. It's bad faith on the part of the warranty provider. A word about the Ford car itself, I feel like Ford motor company had a great idea but has fallen short in the actual manufacture of my car. Peeling paint, improperly welded roof (in the factory!), expensive suspension problems at 80,000, and so on, which led to this unpleasant experience with a warranty company that appears to not be that interested in taking good care of customers. Conclusion: absolute top score for my service advisor, Mark, who navigated all this nonsense and fought very hard for my car to be repaired correctly. Thank you, Mark. For the Warranty company I would offer a negative score; while they ultimately covered most of the repair they stopped short of what was reasonable while making the process as painful as possible to get there.
