Seems the staff could use some positive customer service training. I can't say they were rude..........but I can't say they made the experience as pleasant as it could have been. Maybe they could pretend that having a customer is the goal..........not just simple tolerate my existance? Robert greeted me when I pulled up. He got everything set up and took me inside to wait for my ride home. Car was ready by mid afternoon. We have been calling every day for six days, twice a day, in an effort to get an answer about when the car will be ready. We only reach voice mail and have never received a call back. In an effort to get answers, we visited the dealership on Sunday. The salesman said he couldn't help, took down our names/numbers and said he'd have service call first thing Monday morning. No calls yet. "Five Star Service"??? Definitely NOT. More
