I had a great experience buying a used Ford Explorer here. They worked with me on price and helped me find what I wanted. Recently took my 2017 Ford Edge in to get serviced and had Adam Silverstein as my Service Advisor. I am not related to him nor had I met him prior to this service. He's probably the best example of w had Adam Silverstein as my Service Advisor. I am not related to him nor had I met him prior to this service. He's probably the best example of what I'd want and expect a dealership to have represent their brand after you purchase a vehicle to handle maintenance issues when they arise. His overall demeanor and how he handled everything was unlike any Service Advisor I had EVER dealt with any brand of vehicle I had ever purchased. AutoNation as a whole needs to recognize his talents and give him a promotion or have him go out and start recruiting others like him because individuals like himself are extremely rare and are just hard wired to just "get it". Car troubles at any level suck and not knowing what you're going to have to deal with on the personal side with a Rep can be just as worse. I have ZERO issue coming back when needed knowing that Adam has my best interest at heart. Thanks again Adam, I truly hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears and you do get recognized for your amazing customer service. More
Had a service visit on a Friday and was quoted $1400 for a repair that did not appear to be needed, DEF injection pump (no DTC codes for this item). No mention was made about Customer Satisfaction Progr for a repair that did not appear to be needed, DEF injection pump (no DTC codes for this item). No mention was made about Customer Satisfaction Program 21M01 (DTC code P20BA was on vehicle computer referencing DEF system) which Ford would pay for. Called Service Director Mark Terrazas for explanation the following Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Still waiting for return call. More
