Service advisor Robert/Mark ruined the experience. Please make your employees go by the name they are refered as not as whatever they choose. All other employees were great. Mark the service manager understood and tried to make the situation better. The gal that runs the phone was outstanding, she took the time to understand and make it right. Robert/Mark needs some better customer service training, maybe from the gal answering the phones. More
