Sales is the worse however service has been much better to work with. Once my deal was made I was put on the back burner as they try to make other deals. Final paperwork took forever. After three weeks I went back to the dealership and at until the paperwork got completed. When pulling the vehicle off the lot I had to turn around to have them put gas in it. Other than putting temp tags on the vehicle no one took the time to go over the vehicle. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. Thank More

I brought my truck in for warrantied oil change and rotation. I also scheduled a full detail and made both appointments a week in advance because my schedule is tight and my truck is a work vehicle. rotation. Tiffany was pleasant and professional, receiving my vehicle and targeting 4pm pick-up. The dealer no longer provides loaners. All rentals in the immediate area were booked -- I was made aware of this in advance. I booked a UHaul van from nearby to get through the day for $120.00. I showed up at 4pm to be told that the detail hadn't even been started. No notice, no warning. I was offered the detail free of charge if I could book the next morning. I tried but my schedule would not allow. This is not the first or second time I have been told my basic service would be bumped or delayed or both -- it's at least the third time at this dealership. The 5-star reviews seem to be related more to the courtesy of the service advisors than the quick and timely follow-through of the techs actually providing the services. I have bought several vehicles at this dealership but that does not appear to count for much. If I had more reliable service elsewhere nearby, I would opt out immediately. And please, no staffing or Covid excuses -- we are all finding ways to get things done with the people and resources available. Deeply disappointed. Again. More

We took our F150 in for two recalls and a problem with the fuel door. Was able to schedule appt online for the following week, dropped off the car and the work was completed the next day.
