The 5,000-mile servicing on my Fusion was completed in good time, shorter than I had even expected. The waiting area is comfortable, with good wi-fi, and the coffee is quite good. I was told at drop off they might need to keep it 2 days, but what wasn’t made clear was that it was 2 days to diagnose the problems, plus whatever additional days needed to repair it. I wish there had been better communication at the time so I knew from the start I’d be without my car for a week. I do appreciate how the environment has changed, but communication should be better, I shouldn’t have to make several calls to the dealership to find out what is happening with my car. More
