Going on day 7 with no update on my Raptor. I have called in 7 times over 5 days and left multiple VM's with no response. The worst service I have ever experienced. I have called in 7 times over 5 days and left multiple VM's with no response. The worst service I have ever experienced. More

AutoNation did a great job fixing my F150. It took a little longer than expected but the service department kept us informed and gave us a loaner for the time that I was without a car. Always the best service. Will continue to use them for new purchases as well as service. Their service department is very communicative and prompt. Will continue to use them for new purchases as well as service. Their service department is very communicative and prompt. More
Appointment for recall. Brought car in - they drove me home. Then called to say they didn't have the recall part....what a waste of time. NO car washes with oil changes. This franchise is despicable. The only way to get them to answer the phone is if you select sales. The other departments do not answer and do not return messages. This applie The only way to get them to answer the phone is if you select sales. The other departments do not answer and do not return messages. This applies minimally to Auto Nation Ford Scottsdale and Auto Nation Chevrolet Gilbert. They both seem to use the same play book. It took Auto Nation Ford three days to diagnose a non-working running light. On the third day, no one would return my call or email. I had to just show up to retrieve my truck at which point both running lights were not working and it would take $2,000 to order parts that "might" fix the issue. However, since it was reported during the warranty period it was supposed to be covered. This location was supposed to do the work even though I bought the vehicle at Auto Nation Chevrolet Gilbert because, one, the vehicle is a Ford and Gilbert is a long way away from where I live. However, they then claimed they didn't know about the reciprocity and they would call and clear it up and then get back to me. I haven't had a call back yet. I called the Gilbert location, they said that the Ford store estimate is now $6,000 for new headlights. A 2-year old vehicle needs headlights? For $6,000? After calling "my" salesman and two sales managers because no other extensions will pick up or return a call after weeks, the Gilbert store says they want to troubleshoot it themselves. Inconvenient, but I take it there, they say they need headlights and will order them and get back to me. It has been weeks again and no update on the status of when the lights will be in. I call the desk number of the service advisor, no answer, no return call from my message. His mobile number on his card always indicates it is busy. Busy? When was the last time you have gotten a busy signal? It is all so crazy! More
