Brought my car in as the trunk was not working properly and I needed a new key and electronic fob. Girl at check in was most helpful and although the replacement key was not available they have ordered one and I needed a new key and electronic fob. I had a great experience at this location. I dropped off my car on Tuesday for a oil change and tire rotation. I was told that Friday I would get a call. Horrible service department, went in for 30k service, apparently the mechanic made a mistake and caused damage to the charge system. Internet scheduling is in good shape. Tiffany did a good job checking me in and out. She did underestimate the cost of the transmission fluid and coolant exchange by about $100. Not good.
