Brought my car in as the trunk was not working properly and I needed a new key and electronic fob. Girl at check in was most helpful and although the replacement key was not available they have ordered one and I needed a new key and electronic fob. I had a great experience at this location. I dropped off my car on Tuesday for a oil change and tire rotation. I was told that Friday I would get a call. Horrible service department, went in for 30k service, apparently the mechanic made a mistake and caused damage to the charge system. Very disappointing experience with Scottsdale Auto Nation and Ford in general. 5 visits so far for same issue. Electronic/computer issues are the worst as everyone wants to "walk away" leaving customer with and Ford in general. 5 visits so far for same issue. Even on 5th.visit they kept vehicle for 11 days, said "we replaced a few connectors" and gave be a bird poop covered car back . The only important thing seems to be these reviews, as I got a call, before a car was returned, asking and begging for a 5-Star review....sorry, stars are earned and this one lacked big time More
Service staff did a great job. I inadvertently scheduled the service on the internet at the wrong location, but the staff here was able to accommodate me anyway. Internet scheduling is in good shape. Tiffany did a good job checking me in and out. She did underestimate the cost of the transmission fluid and coolant exchange by about $100. Not good.
