I frequent this dealership and usually have bad service. Here are my last 3 experiences to highlight what has happened: 1. I had to specially order a chain for the sliding door on a Ford Transit 2020 a Here are my last 3 experiences to highlight what has happened: 1. I had to specially order a chain for the sliding door on a Ford Transit 2020 and I was told to bring the van in and when I did, the service person gave me a really hard time and said that I would have to sit and wait for hours on something that takes under 30 minutes to do. 2. I went to pick-up my van on another day and I literally got out of the Lyft vehicle and it said 6:00 PM straight up. When I walked up to the door, the service people were leaving. They saw me get out of the Lyft and were nice enough to let me know that the dealership was closed and kept on walking. Terrible customer service. 3. I made an appointment to get my Air Conditioner fixed, along with other service. I explicitly put the Air Conditioner on the work list when I made the appointment. When I got to the dealership to drop the vehicle off I was told that I would have to leave this work van for 2 weeks and maybe more because they were backlogged. This is a workvan - and I can't take a two week time off. I don't understand why they couldn't make me an appointment to have it looked at and if they had to order parts, make a second appointment for when the parts arrived. That's two days versus two weeks. I honestly don't understand the inefficiency, but clearly senior leadership there is not aware of any type of programs that increase customer service levels and create operational efficiencies in their organization. I am not sure I will be back to this dealership. More
Overall, the dealership is fine. I usually have a better than average experience. This past time I went in for a scheduled pile change. I brought my vehicle in at 10:20am for a 10:30 I usually have a better than average experience. This past time I went in for a scheduled pile change. I brought my vehicle in at 10:20am for a 10:30am appointment. I was told it would take up to two hours. I decided to sit and wait because I thought two hours was an overestimate. For the next THREE hours I sat and watched as my truck was never moved from where I parked it. I went out and asked if was done and if it wasn’t I need tot take it back and get on with my day. They went to check and next I saw my truck being driven back to service area. Another hour later it was done. Nothing like a 4 hour oil change. More

Made an appt and it still took almost 3 hrs for an oil change. Also I bought the vehicle from this dealership and was told my first oil change would be free but instead I was charged 75 dollars change. Invoices are always hard to understand and include small charges for things that aren’t explained. For example when dropping off my vehicle I was told the oil change service would cost 79.62. The actual cha charges for things that aren’t explained. For example when dropping off my vehicle I was told the oil change service would cost 79.62. The actual charge 90. The difference was explained as a charge for disposing of the old oil. Obviously they knew that when I dropped off the vehicle. Just say upfront the charge is 90. More
