I called 4 times over a 2 week period to set up an appointment for a srandard service, no one ever called back. Finally I was in the area and dropped by to make an appointment. I took my truck in at 8:00 in the morning and was told it would be ready in 2 to 3 hours. I called at 11:30 and it wasn't done, even though nothing extra was done except the standard. What is the purpose of making an appointment? what is I was waiting? More

Have been taking my vehicles there for over 10 years, and I always receive prompt, courteous service. We made an appointment and dropped off our car. It wasn’t looked at for 5 days, then took total of 23 days to repair the car all while we had to pay $1200 for a rental to use.
