this dealership is interested in one thing squeezing every last nickel out of the pockets of whomever walks on your lot. my experience with your sales staff in the past was that they were plain dishonest. i waked out. your service department is interested in recommending things that say are necessary but really, they are trying to make commissions on their recommendations. service advisors that are more interested in a bigger paycheck than servicing my vehicle. i have the ford total care plan. your dealership changes the oil, that's it. we ran out of wiper fliud after our last service with you. the worst dealership!!

Ok, well the number provided is not to reach the GM. To be specific, I had to call and choose from 5 options: service, parts, finance, title and sales the first time I called. When I chose one of the first three options, the same menu options were repeated in a loop. I called again and heard different options: service, parts, collision, sales, and all other concerns! Funny, I got a human when I chose sales🙄 That human gave me the best service I’ve had by way of identifying the GM and his email. The GM is not available.
