AutoNation Ford Sanford - Service Center

I made an appointment to have my truck looked at for a leak in the cab I called multiple times before I dropped my truck off to speak to my service advisor. I left three call back messages never received leak in the cab I called multiple times before I dropped my truck off to speak to my service advisor. I left three call back messages never received a call back. I ended up dropping my truck off at the dealership. My advisor wasn’t there for the appointment. I am currently working with Ford to figure out the leak issue on my truck Ford called the dealership multiple times and never got anyone on the phone. The communication is poor long story short I called the dealership to see what was going on with my truck and again no one picked up, so I decided to go pick up my truck. I called again right before I arrived at the dealership again no one picked up I walk into the service office there’s like six people all sitting at their desk, just talking like they didn’t have anything to do. More

In my book, this is a top-notch Ford dealership -- especially in the "Service Department" arena. I have another Ford dealer much closer to my home but I choose to travel the extra miles here because o especially in the "Service Department" arena. I had my oil changed there , except they forgot to put the O-ring on the filter canister. Came out to my car and found a puddle of oil under it. Thank God I didn't drive it anywhere. The BIGGEST disappointment is they are total ignoring me , I called the service manger 2x no answer , I had the sale person that I bought the vehicle from contact him and forward my problem to him (2x) , CRICKETS..... I thought I had found my forever dealership because I had a fantastic experience when buying my vehicle, but there service department ...... More
