John Erber was incredibly helpful with our most recent visit. In fact, he has always been incredibly helpful - which is why we keep going back, and keep recommending him. A visiting relative had an unexpe visit. In fact, he has always been incredibly helpful - which is why we keep going back, and keep recommending him. A visiting relative had an unexpected critical issue with their Buick. We really thought the relative was going to have to sell their car while they were visiting - it seemed that bad. We called John and he took a look at it promptly and went over the car thoroughly. He found one small thing that needed to be replaced and that car has now gotten the relative back home and through several more long trips! John was (once again) a lifesaver! Not only is he incredibly helpful with our cars, he is a great person and is always going the extra mile for our family. That is especially valuable when you have younger kids who are just starting out with their cars and need solid service advice they can count on. We would highly recommend John Erber! More
Very disappointed in the whole experience. I dropped my truck off Monday morning at 7 am with admittedly difficult issues to diagnose. Rattles and intermittent issue with the lights going out. They were not great at communicating and I always had to reach out to them to see how it was going. By Thursday I requested a rental and they said they couldn’t approve one until they diagnosed the problem. My truck is a 2021 with less than 2,000 miles on it. The following week I would keep checking in and they said they would get a rental “hopefully” but it had to be a Ford. Ok, I understood that makes sense it would be ready at 10 am. I called the rental company and they said after 1. Ok, after 1 I go to pick up the rental and it wasn’t set up and no Ford but the rental company knew nothing about this so I ended up with a Nissan bit at lest I had transportation. Big surprise now going on 2 weeks 1 day after I got the rental they called and said they couldn’t find the issue and to come pick up my truck. I get it not an easy thing to figure out but it seemed the rental gave them motivation to get it off of their hands. I go to pick it up at lunchtime the next day and it wasn’t even ready it had to be buttoned back up. Finally I got my truck and turned the rental back to them as instructed and the rental company is calling me today asking for more money because the dealer didn’t communicate with them when it was turned in. I love my Ford truck but this was beyond frustrating. More

John has been our family’s service advisor for several years. Truthfully we were shopping around to take our cars elsewhere when he immediately solved an ongoing issue I had on one of our vehicles. Typically when you deal with any automotive service company you automatically think they’re in it for the money and they’re fixing things on your car that don’t need to be fixed.. John has always given us a solution and always delivers as promised. My last two forwards we’ve purchased there was because we know our vehicles are in good hands. More
Great Service and customer support. Everyone was curious and friendly. I liked the email reminders. The service advisor explained all repairs.
