poor customer service. Ignored me. I'm an old lady. It was a while since I brought my car in. Someone usually is at podium, t he guy mopping the floor said someone would be right with me. Then after standing there a CUSTOMER said I had to go in. Not even a service person, a customer. Then after I went in Steven wasn't there for my appointment. I had to wait until his return. No one else could help me, they said. He finally showed up. I asked him to run it through the car wash and call me when it was finished. I came back the car was sitting in the back, no phone call from Steven. I had to wait again because he wasn't around again. So I sat in the waiting room. Totally bad customer service!!!!!! More
I have called and spoke to one of the Managers at this Auto Nation Ford Location. All Employees were very courteous, but did not give me the correct information. Wait time was unacceptable. I was advised of 1 1/2 hour wait time and it was 2 1/2 hours just for an oil change when I had an appointment. The Tech that checked me out is not the Tech that informed of my wait time. A different Tech checked me in. Thank you. More

Scheduled 2 months prior to have recall on brake lines replacement. Hour after dropping vehicle off we got a call “THEY DID NOT HAVE PARTS”. Appointment was confirmed prior to bringing our Edge in for r replacement. Hour after dropping vehicle off we got a call “THEY DID NOT HAVE PARTS”. I recently had my Ford Fusion in for service due to a full engine replacement. Derek was my service consultant and miticulously walked me through the whole process.
