The work was done well, but I had an 8:20 AM appointment and the work (a simple oil change) was not finished until 10:05 AM. I think an hour and forty-five minutes is ridiculous for an oil change. and the work (a simple oil change) was not finished until 10:05 AM. Had Works done. Took 1 1/2 hours. Took 20minutes check out. On way home was a loud banging noise. Had to return and found that the splash cover was not installed properly plus they hadn’t returned my sock out. On way home was a loud banging noise. Had to return and found that the splash cover was not installed properly plus they hadn’t returned my socket which is kept in the counsel for the special lock nuts. Had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to get the car. My total time was from 11:20 my appointment time until 2:40 when finally done. Over three hours for oil change and tire rotation!!! This type of service is unacceptable hopefully it doesn’t continue. More
Dropped off my vehicle for warranty service, and some recall notices, was told the warranty issue would be taken care of by the end of the week, but the recall for the windshiled reinstallation, would ta recall notices, was told the warranty issue would be taken care of by the end of the week, but the recall for the windshiled reinstallation, would take an additional 7 to 10 days, for which I was not very happy with that bit of information, so I requested that I get back my vehicle back due to not being provided a loaner vehicle, as well as the dealership was suppose to have a body shop to reinstall my windshield at sight, and not having to send my vehicle out to have done. I wasn't very happy about the fact of being without my vehicle for the entire week without anyway of being able to get around town with a loaner vehicle of equal or greater value than my 2021 F 150 King Ranch pick up truck . I had to rearrange my entire scheduling for the week I didn't have my vehicle. I was not completely satisfied with the service as well. I now have issues with my power windows not closing properly , front drivers, and front passengers seat windows will not go up in the automatic mode, I have to keep pulling up on the window switch to close the window. Don't know what happened, but I'm not going back to this dealership , for the main reason no loaned vehicle to use while my new vehicle is in the shop for warranty repairs and factory recalls. and the dealership did something to the programing of my vehicle , to where my vehicle front windows won't operate in the full auto mode opening, or closing. I will still need my windshield reinstalled, and I will wait for that to be done by another dealership that has a body shop on site to perform the work that is required. More
