The work was done well, but I had an 8:20 AM appointment and the work (a simple oil change) was not finished until 10:05 AM. I think an hour and forty-five minutes is ridiculous for an oil change. More

I'm not going to bring in my vehicle for any warranty concerns, or factory recalls, due to the fact that you do not have any loaner vehicles to provide , especially when the issues are warranty, and factory recalls. I turned in my vehicle, for a warranty issue as well as two factory recalls. I wasn't pleased about the fact no loaner vehicle was available due to the dealership had NO vehicles on the entire lot, let alone any loaner vehicles. My vehicle was i the shop for one calendar work week, and the warranty issue was corrected, but the recall to reseat/ reinstall my windshield, was going to take another 7- 10 days, and this is entirely too long, and unacceptable , since the reasoning of me requesting my vehicle back, I was inconvenienced for the whole week, and wasn't going to go another 7-10 days without my vehicle. I will be scheduling with another dealership to have the windshield addressed, that has a body shop, and my vehicle won't need to be sent out to a glass repair shop to do the recall. I don't want a different windshield, I want the original windshield reinstalled correctly. Also when I received my truck , the truck wasn't cleaned as expected, by my past experiences with other Ford dealerships. After having my truck for one day I noticed that my drivers side and passenger's side front windows don't work in automatic mode when the switch is depressed fully. Don't know what happened but the windows were working just fine when I dropped off my vehicle for service.
