The work was done well, but I had an 8:20 AM appointment and the work (a simple oil change) was not finished until 10:05 AM. Had Works done. Took 1 1/2 hours. Took 20minutes check out. On way home was a loud banging noise. Had to return and found that the splash cover was not installed properly plus they hadn’t returned my sock out. On way home was a loud banging noise. Had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to get the car. My total time was from 11:20 my appointment time until 2:40 when finally done. Over three hours for oil change and tire rotation!!! This type of service is unacceptable hopefully it doesn’t continue. More
