Service was OK, failed to disclose that the radio module could take anywhere from a day to 6 months without recommending that I take the vehicle home until the part arrives. Ended up keeping the vehicle for could take anywhere from a day to 6 months without recommending that I take the vehicle home until the part arrives. Ended up keeping the vehicle for about a week...Service staff was otherwise very courteous and helpful (Steven). I am currently waiting to be notified when the part arrives in order to schedule returning my car for the repair. More

I brought my vehicle in when it was under warranty and they did a half xxx job of determining what was wrong. Took the first corrective action for a temporary fix. Brought it in four months later and they they did a half xxx job of determining what was wrong. Took the first corrective action for a temporary fix. Brought it in four months later and they say it needs major parts replacement. Not under warranty anymore, sorry about your luck. Dealer refuses to release car without payment. I pay, then call Ford warranty and they say it should have been a covered issue. I go back to dealer and they say sorry we can't refund. If the car was still here we could push it through warranty but you already paid. Dealer says to contact Ford for resolution, Ford says contact dealer. And my service manager knew the whole time if i had called Ford warranty directly there was a real chance they could have put it through, but said it was my responsibility to know that. I was hosed, taken advantage of, and scammed. Go somewhere else where there are honest people. More
