I took my vehicle in for two reasons: (1) because I was having some challenges with my transmission sticking a bit on certain gears and (2) to install a new cabin air filter that was not in stock when I go having some challenges with my transmission sticking a bit on certain gears and (2) to install a new cabin air filter that was not in stock when I got my last service. Upon trying to work on the transmission, the issue got worse and ultimately required that a whole new part be order. Don was very quick to put me in a rental vehicle. While it was a little inconvenient to have to drive to Enterprise and get the rental, at least I had a car to get around in the meantime (and Autonation Ford covered it). The following Monday, I had my truck by and the new cabin air filter was installed and the transmission was working beautifully. Anthony (Tony) and Don were both really great to work with. More
My only complaint is that when they put the sticker on the window for my next service is that they put the same mileage that was on it before I had it serviced. I had an appointment for an oil change scheduled for 1:30 and was in the area in the a.m., stopped in the service dept. to see if there was an opening and Devin, one of the service advisors, was able to obli and was in the area in the a.m., stopped in the service dept. to see if there was an opening and Devin, one of the service advisors, was able to oblige. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and with an upbeat attitude to assist me with my request. He kept me updated on the progress as I waited in the customer service room. He gave me an estimate of completion and actually was completed earlier than his estimation. I definitely will recommend Auto Nation Ford for service and would recommend Devin as your service advisor. More
Service kept me informed of all progress on repairs to my 2004 Thunderbird. Air conditioner and windshield washer were not working properly and I was delighted that all parts were still available. I dropped my car off the night before with instructions to have a key battery replaced and a multi-point inspection to determine what services might be due. Devan called the next morning with questions and was very confused - He began telling me it's $90-something to have a key re-programmed (I did not need this - I only needed a battery replacement) and he didn't understand what services were needing to be done. So he starting going into my service history and began reading back to me everything done since I bought the vehicle in 2017 - new wiper blades, a check engine light diagnosis, etc. I stopped him and asked for a supervisor. Priscilla came on and I asked for a diff service advisor as I did not feel confident in Devan. She immediately defended him and became passive aggressive toward me, telling me she would "take care of everything for you, dear." Who talks to someone in such as condescending way like that?! My tech was changed to Derek who was AMAZING. However, when my services were done and I got in my car, I discovered my driver seat settings were all changed - the seat was at the highest level and all the way forward. My review mirror was moved to face downward and the side mirrors had be readjusted so they showed more of my car and less of the road. And my steering wheel was lowered to the lowest setting. I was appalled - they seriously went so far as to put my safety at risk by adjusting these settings to the point where I couldn't view other cars on the road fully because I came across as "rude" to them?? Absolutely disgusting behavior. The only exception to this review is Derek, who I would give 5 stars - or more if I could. More
