I had my super duty in for an oil change, which came to almost $200. The dealer, without my consent or knowledge used 15w40 synthetic rather than the stock 10w30. I guess they need the money so they rip almost $200. The dealer, without my consent or knowledge used 15w40 synthetic rather than the stock 10w30. My service advisor, Derek, texted me with his contact info and kept me up to to date on progress and recommendations. The service team completed everything I had requested to be done in just a couple of hours. I was also able to pick up my vehicle with no waiting, plus a complimentary wash and vacuum. This service at AutoNation Ford in Sanford was a great experience, as usual. More

I stopped by the dealership two weeks ago unannounced with my vehicle towed, without ful ser of keys and needed to change all the access codes, since it all electric SUV. The General Manage Ryan Mathew with my vehicle towed, without ful ser of keys and needed to change all the access codes, since it all electric SUV. The General Manage Ryan Mathews was so helpful to get vehicle taken care of, without any hesitation. He called three of four different individuals to accommodate me. During that time he introduced me to the Service Department Manager Ryan Bensfield. This man was also extremely helpful and made sure my vehicle was safe and was worked on immediately. Sadly, you don’t get to see this kind of service these days. Seriously! This is the NORM! This is my dealership of choice to service my Mustang. Thank you guys! More
Sorry to have to give a one star review - I don't do that lightly. Long story... I will summarize quickly. Get a letter about a Ford recall. It says "call first to make sure we have the part in stock" that lightly. Long story... I will summarize quickly. Get a letter about a Ford recall. It says "call first to make sure we have the part in stock". I make an appointment for the recall repair (told it's a 3-4 hour job), drop off truck with service advisor Greg Jones, add an oil change. I asked him if they have the part and he says "It shouldn't be a problem, I'm sure we do." AutoNation Ford Sanford Greg calls me in 2 hours saying the truck is ready. Shuttle says he's on the way and I don't get picked up for an hour and 30 minutes. I'm told the driver went home and they had to find somebody to fill in. The assistant service manager John Erber picks me up. I get home and read the receipt and see the recall work was not performed. I call and Greg then tells me they didn't have the part. Greg Jones failed to mention that when he called me saying the truck was ready *AND* when I saw him to pick up the truck. He literally put a pen in my hand and said, sign here and you will be on your way! He rushed me out, and now I know why... but why didn't he want to be forthcoming and tell the truth? Dropped the truck at 8AM, now it's 5PM. I call the service manager, RYAN BENSFIELD, and can't get him on the phone, an employee tells me they are hard to catch and if I want to talk to management I should come in personally, which I do at 9AM the next morning. I talk to Ryan Bensfield the service manager and he apologizes and tells me we have something like 13,000 of these coming June 22 so email me personally on June 28 and I will make sure we have the part and set one aside for you, then you are safe to make the appointment again. Haha, I emailed on July 2 and again on July 10 & 11, no replies. Tried calling his "Direct line", Cisco system doesn't recognize the extension and disconnects. As of now I have also left two messages with him at the dealership, no return calls. Really, quite unbelievable. On top of dealership prices and their marketing tactics, I'd love to boycott the dealership but unfortunately, there are certain service issues that need to be performed only by them. There are always issues with this Sanford location whenever I get service there. More
