Electrical problem covered by warranty not fixed, actually made worse. Then they tried to tell me to take care of the tech who got it covered by the warranty. Problem still not fixed and they have th actually made worse. Then they tried to tell me to take care of the tech who got it covered by the warranty. This service call went beautifully. The car was worked on soon after our appointed time and was ready when the service manager said it would. Steven White at the Service Center is incredible. Every time I come in he gets me in and out as conveniently as possible. He explains everything to me in a way that I can understand and makes sure that I k time I come in he gets me in and out as conveniently as possible. He explains everything to me in a way that I can understand and makes sure that I know exactly what’s going on and even shows me what needs to be fixed. He treats me like top priority even with all of his appointments. Anytime I take my car and I know that it will be taken care of. He deserves a raise, the guy is just xxxx good at his job. More
Service has improved since last visit . Things are going in the right direction. I received an email on the day of service saying with oil change you would get wipers free .
