My Ford Edge is 11 years old and my service dept keeps it running top snitch. It’s easy to get an appt. They are professional and courteous. They really care whether they are doing a good job. Logan Cronk was great, I was not prepared for the amount of time required to do the recall, oil change, and tire rotation, but they had a shuttle that took me to the mall and picked me up when the car was d of time required to do the recall, oil change, and tire rotation, but they had a shuttle that took me to the mall and picked me up when the car was done. Turned out to be a great day.... what women wouldn't want to wait at a mall instead of the dealership. More

My experience at Seminole Ford was outstanding. When I pulled in with my truck needing repair - Steve was amazing. He understood my babble and went straight away to getting it repaired. It was the week before Christmas and he instantly got My truck in for evaluation as driving it would possibly cause more damage. Steve was courteous and professional along with kind and reassuring. All of the service department personnel were helpful. My truck was repaired and returned to me before Christmas. It is running like new. I’m so pleased and greatful.
