I went in for a recall check which took about 30 minutes according to the receipt that I was handed but was never informed my car was ready. I ended up having to got to them and ask after about 90 minutes o according to the receipt that I was handed but was never informed my car was ready. I ended up having to got to them and ask after about 90 minutes of waiting to find out my car was ready. They also turned off my automatic headlights which i didn’t notice until halfway going home from work and my central display screen has had lines all across it since the service. This was my first experience with a ford dealer and it wasn’t great. More
