The service took over 5 hours. They were quick to deal with the oil change and tire rotation, however my vehicle sat there for 3 and a half hours waiting for an electronic update j They were quick to deal with the oil change and tire rotation, however my vehicle sat there for 3 and a half hours waiting for an electronic update just for them to tell me the computers were down and it couldn’t be done today. Hopefully this process can be faster and/or better next time. More

Service dept. was excellent, as usual. The finance dept. not so much. I arrived for a recall service and a prepaid oil service, only to find that my prepaid serv was excellent, as usual. Now I have to wait for them to reinstate everything, if they can. I just cannot understand how this could happen. More
