The first time I had an oil change done a flap under the car was left loose. The next day I discovered this when the car pulled terribly on the highway. The second time I arrived for a scheduled oil change and was ignored by several employees before anyone helped me. When I went to pick up my car it could not be located and I was asked if I was certain this was the correct dealership. More

Went for oil change and rotation of tires (usual maintenance) however a week or so later we noticed oil dripping from our truck - I took the truck straight back to Ford Nation and explained what was maintenance) however a week or so later we noticed oil dripping from our truck - I took the truck straight back to Ford Nation and explained what was happening. A very nice young man took the vehicle right away in to the shop for diagnosis. It was found the oil filter had a small split in the rubber causing the leak. They redid the oil change cleaned everything up and handed me the truck with in 30 min or so. I was very pleased at the response and the lets fix it attitude. We bought the truck at Ford Nation and go for all the maintenance. Thank You Ford for putting your customers first and the top notch care I received when I showed up. Mary Ness More

I arrived to the dealership at 6:50am for my 7 o’clock appointment for an oil change. I was the first one there and greeted by a nice gentleman who advised my service person was not there, but that he wou appointment for an oil change. I was informed there was a recall on my vehicle and asked if I wanted it addressed. After confirming how long the appointment would take, I agreed. (30-45 mins for oil change and up to an hour for recall if they had the part). I took the shuttle home and waited. Three hours went by and I called for the status of my vehicle. I was told my service person was with someone and asked if I wanted to wait for a moment, to which I said yes. A few minutes go by and was then told he was going to be a little longer and asked for my number so he could call me back. 40 more minutes go by and no call back. I called again to ask and was then told he was finishing my paperwork and my vehicle was ready. I was never called in the interim. I then asked how long it would be for the shuttle to come get me and was asked for my number so they could call me back. Um, no. Ended up having to pay for a Lyft to the dealership myself. Very disappointing experience all around as there was ZERO communication unless I called. I chose the appointment time I did for convenience to get it done and out of the way. Not to be forgotten about or shuffled to the back because I opted to take the shuttle home. This is completely opposite of my last encounter with this service department which really stinks because they are closest to my house. More

All the employees I have come in contact with at AutoNation Ford in Sanford have been excellent to work with. I first took my used Ford Escape there for service when I relocated to the area, and la AutoNation Ford in Sanford have been excellent to work with. I first took my used Ford Escape there for service when I relocated to the area, and later bought my next new Escape from them. I will always patronize a business who cares about their customers. I'd also like to recognize Paul (shuttle driver - among many other duties). He is a loyal employee who cares deeply about service and customers equally. He is easy to identify....he's the one that is constantly directing traffic and assisting customers in the Service Department. He exemplifies all the attributes anyone would want in a team member. Second visit, first was some recall work. Did a great job with my oil change and tire rotation. I moved away from them last year, but my first experience was such a good one, that I drove back to Sanford (less than 20 miles) just to have them do this simple service. Glad I did. More
