I am steadily loosing my confidence with this group. My advisor, Kathi does a good job, however, I cannot say the same of the service techs. On my previous service, I had requested full synthetic oil. Kathi had it n the service ticket and the tech used their standard oil. This most recent service on 6/4/22, when I picked up my truck, the check engine light was on. I quickly turned off the ignition and went straight back into the service office and told them. Kathi summond a service tech, they checked the ECM for a code and we discovered that they had not replaced the oil fill cap. WAY TO GO!!!! had I been someone that does not pay close attention to thise things, this could have potentially lead to a motor seizure, which I am all but certain would have somehow been my fault. Seminole Toyota's service dept. has been courting me..... I am not far from taking them up on their offer. I am very disappointed! More
Was able to schedule a service appointment within a week while other dealerships needed 2+ weeks. Service advisor kept me updated and problem was resolved quickly. Have been going to this location since 2017 and it has gone downhill quick. Service is absolutely horrible from the advisors to the manager Don. Made an appointment for a 90,000-mile maintenance and oil c gone downhill quick. Service is absolutely horrible from the advisors to the manager Don. Made an appointment for a 90,000-mile maintenance and oil change with tire rotation online. Checked in and was told they don't have a 90,000-mile maintenance option. The advisor checking me in provided a 100,000-mile maintenance options of which half of the items were already done on my car. Didn't want to provide me with another quote with the items I was agreeing to have completed. Asked about an alignment and if they could check if one was needed. Advisor Devon told me that they just look at the tires to determine if I need an alignment. My appointment was for 7;30 AM and dropped my vehicle off the night before. When asked of the time I would like it back, I explained when it was done and hopefully before 4:00 PM as I need to get on the road for out of town. Was provided from the advisor/mechanic of a car status check list that advises the condition of your vehicle, everything checked green meaning "check and okay at this time". I get on the highway where my car starts shimming, steering wheel is hard to turn, and vehicle wants to drift to the right. I call the same location about what I was experiencing and brought my vehicle in the next day as they did not have availability to see me. After the mechanic reviews my vehicle, it was revealed I needed two new tires and an alignment. None of which was ever mentioned. Both tires were extremely worn and really not safe, but I was NEVER told NOR was it documented on the car status check list that it "may require future attention" which is an option. Manager Don was informed of what was happening and was assigned to my vehicle for my third and final visit in a week. Was quoted another $500.00 to fix this issue. When I arrived, my two tires that were ordered could not be found and Manager Don passed me on to another advisor, Devon. Best part, they listed another advisor on my paperwork for the last visit and he wasn't even working that day. No apologies, no follow-up! More

The service did not do a good job. Fixed my brake problem for $2200.00next day had 2 more leaks in other parts of car. Took no responsibility and offered no assistance.
