Brought our Ford Bronco in for recall/updates, as there were three to perform. Upon arrival, Derek in service looked up to make sure parts were in for all services to be performed and actually showed me, y were three to perform. Upon arrival, Derek in service looked up to make sure parts were in for all services to be performed and actually showed me, yes they were in. A few hours later received a text that "your services are completed and your vehicle is ready for pick up." When we arrived Derek wasn't there, the person that helped us seemed not to care at all, said we would need to schedule another appointment as parts for one of the services wasn't in stock (just happened to be the same parts Derek looked up). He asked if we saw our truck out in the lot and handed us the keys. Didn't offer to bring it around for us, truck wasn't cleaned (nor was it offered), the seat and floor covers weren't removed. Overall very disappointed in the level of service and quality of customer care. More
I brought truck in for a leaking rear differential & a drivetrain noise. The advisor had tech look at truck. Within an hr of day 2 of having the truck. He said noise was rear spring (not covereed) & recom drivetrain noise. The advisor had tech look at truck. Within an hr of day 2 of having the truck. He said noise was rear spring (not covereed) & recommended a half dozen items of service. I said I was only interested in 4 recall tems & rear end leak..service advisor said tech was unsure of where leak was coming from & they cleaned it..& it was ready for pickup. When I arrived..turned out none of the recalls where done. So basically my truck was at dealership for 2 days & nothing was done except a quick decrease of my rear axle. I would not return or recommend this service department to anyone.. stay away..go elsewhere unless you just want to pay overflated fees. I rate them with zero star's! More
I am so tired of having negative experiences at Autonation Ford in Sanford. Because of a very negative experience I had back on June 29/Jul 01 2022, I was offered a few services free of charge to h Autonation Ford in Sanford. Because of a very negative experience I had back on June 29/Jul 01 2022, I was offered a few services free of charge to help make up for it. Rebekah McAnulty was the Customer Relations person who assisted in this. When I made the appt for 10/30/2023, I specifically mentioned that I had 1 free oil change left on my acct. When I arrived and was processed, the young man who was checking me in said that there was not a free oil change on my acct. I also mentioned Rebekah's name and he had no clue who I was referring to. They eventually honored the service. After the service was completed, another service advisor escorted me to my vehicle. After he removed the paper that they put on the floor, I pointed out to him several areas where you can clearly see black grease marks left by the technician. Mind you, my interior is a light tan color. The service advisor was kind enough to wipe the areas clean, but this should never occur. It's unfortunate that this has happened to me there at that dealership approximately 5 times. I don't understand what it will take for this to STOP occurring. I can only imagine how many other customers have had this same experience and for those that have dark interiors, they probably don't even notice. Since COVID, it truly seems that customer service has taken a back seat to other priorities. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AUTONATION FORD SANFORD FOR ANYTHING! I would like to mention that I left out many specifics about my experiences, due to the fact that it would take me all day to include. More
The service team was great and got our vehicle quickly in for an appt to have tires installed. Very pleasant experience and appreciate the assistance from advisor Greg and manager Ryan. I purchased my truck here and they have serviced it for almost six years. They have always done a good job, especially Greg Jones in the service department. Had service appt drop off. Offered mobile at home repair 45 minutes before. The dealership is good. I was just there and was lied to about the cost of the entire bill. I was told $60 for 2 filters. I wasn't told the labor wasn't included. My bill was $150. I called the dealership and received $50 back as a refund for this. LABOR NEEDS TO BE INCLUDED IS THE ESTIMATE. More
