I purchased my truck and have all service to truck done at auto nation. I do not feel you should charge for tire rotation when getting oil changed as you haven’t in the past. Derek has been my service rep in the past and has always been courteous and communicative. I like the texting feature on my phone because I work in a job that demands silence. Needed a replacement battery for my Ford Explorer. Battery was installed at Auto Nation Ford on September 19, 2022. On the morning of November 22, 2022 my car wouldn't start - so we put a battery cha Battery was installed at Auto Nation Ford on September 19, 2022. On the morning of November 22, 2022 my car wouldn't start - so we put a battery charger on and got the vehicle started and drove to Auto Nation Ford in Sanford, Fl. Was told we needed a new battery and I questioned why there was no proration on the current battery. When I purchased the battery in 2019...was told it was a five year battery with 3 years full replacement and 2 years proration after that for the full 5 years. I didn't receive any amount on the proration with the new purchase. Seems like I should have a credit due toward the purchase but none listed. Please advise. More
