So I came in there after goin to David maus Toyota. Because they had an xterra I wanted to look at so I looked at it and test drove it it was decent . The car salesman was very nice his name was mike so I planned to purchase the vehicle so we proceeded to go ahead and fill the credit app out and did they ran the numbers and came back with this ridiculous intrest rate of 10% I was appalled and then I was about to leave so they worked the numbers agian they came back with a lower intrest rate of eight percent big whoop .. So now I told them its no big deal I told em I'll take my business back to David maus because they were going to get me a 2% intrest rate then jack Sullivan told me I was lying I told them well ok so I was very angry and left and went to David maus and bought me a tundra. Thank uou courtesy ford I'm not getting screwed by you and I'm very happy with my purchase at David maus were they treat people with respect .. I hope people read this and see how much of scam artist these people really are do your self a favor go to David maus were they do everything to earn your business .. To sum this up courtesy ford is garbage More
My wife and I recently went into check out the 2012 Fusion, and had a great experience. Our previous car buying trips were all filled with high pressure sales pitches, painful memories, and ended in to Fusion, and had a great experience. James did an amazing job of working with us to find the vehicle that was right for us, at the price we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about all of the features, equipment, and accessories in all of the models that we had any inquiries about. He was very helpful, friendly, humorous, and totally made this deal happen for us. After we had found the vehicle we wanted the entire team made the rest of the process very smooth. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go see James, as he was an AMAZING point of contact and made this experience completely different than all of my past experiences. More
Salesman did not know his product. I had to tell this salesman that Ford does make an 8ft. box on F-150s. Salesman insisted that this was not the case. But of course, there was no F-150 with an 8ft box o salesman that Ford does make an 8ft. box on F-150s. Salesman insisted that this was not the case. But of course, there was no F-150 with an 8ft box on the lot to show him. Salesman did a search of the dealers in the area for a truck to my liking. Salesman located a truck (with an 8ft bed, imagine that!) but would not tell me where the truck was. This immediately gave me a suspicious vibe from him. Salesman wasted no time in pressuring me on purchasing a truck that I had not even laid eyes on yet. I was disappointed in my trade-in value. Dinging me $500 for needing new tires. My vehicle was in no need of new tires. Tire condition means absolutely nothing for a trade-in. I expressed my disappointment with my appraised value and the salesman told me "don't even look at that." I left shortly after and accomplished nothing. More

I had been looking at F150's for some time and was convinced that there was not one in Florida with the exact options I wanted. Not only did they have the truck I wanted, they gave me a great price, fair trade and treated me respectfully. Even the finance person, Melissa, was great to work with. I've had the truck 2 days and John has called several times ti make sure I am in "sync" with the electronics and happy with everything to date. As you can see, I would recommend Courtesy Ford to everyone and especially John Doggett as a salesman. He is the epitome of customer service! More

I submitted a request for additional information via the internet stating my interest in purchasing a Ford 150 Platinum edition. I received an email and a phone call from John Doggett within an hour. I explained my wish to trade two vehicles and he invited me to the dealership to test drive several engine types to help me make the final decision. We agreed upon a time and at lunch I met John and found him knowledgeable. I selected a vehicle and he had me park it in an area where “sold” cars were placed. I agreed to bring the two vehicles the next day to be evaluated but requested to receive an estimate and preliminary trade values so I could determine if this was worth my time. John asked that I submit vehicle information, payoff, and submit a credit application and I submitted by email the items requested. Later that evening I returned with my partner to show him the vehicle. However the vehicle was not where I had parked it and was not on the lot. Since John had already left for the day a salesman agreed to leave a note but was not willing to allow us to walk the lot. The next afternoon I took the first vehicle for evaluation. An older gentleman informed me he needed to drive the car and take several photos. This was an event I had not experienced. The test drive was non eventful however his attitude was curt. I then had a discussion with John asking for some preliminary figures associated with the trade. At this point he informs me he has bad news. The car I selected had been sold. I now am extremely agitated because the afternoon before he had placed a sold sign on the vehicle. I voice my frustration and indicate that I am not sure why this must be such a laborious event and again requested an estimate of the value of my trades. He summons a manager who informs me how difficult this will be without seeing the second vehicle even though I had furnished the VIN. I was agitated with the lack of urgency. It is apparent at this point I must bring the truck to the dealership before they will give me many details. Upon my return to the dealership with the truck, I’m informed that John is with another customer. My keys are given to another salesman who takes my truck for a test drive not asking me to drive along. Upon his return, he gives me my keys and does not inform me of the next step. I wait a few minutes but no one approaches with details. Again there seems to be no urgency. The older gentleman that drove my first vehicle saw me standing in the lobby but never acknowledged and appeared uneager to help. I left the dealership around 5:00 and went to the Chevrolet dealership and bought a vehicle within 3 hours and they never saw one of my trades until the next day. I have yet to receive any correspondence from John or the dealership. I am grateful I did not purchase a car from this dealership. More
