Thank you for reaching out. I spoke with Karen, your Customer Relations Manager this morning. She graciously offered to pick up my truck and deliver it after it was repaired. I explained to her, that my experience at your dealership was so bad, that I would not allow your personnel to work on my trucks ever again. Nor will you ever see me in your dealership to purchase a vehicle. By the way, my local independent mechanic was able to fix my truck today. He corrected the PCM programming so that my truck is now back to running great. He was also able to get the part to fix the death wobble that AutoNation Ford was not. All done in 1 day. Thank you for your courteous email, but I will respectfully decline your offers.
