Additionally, my trucks service schedule was reviewed with my service advisor, thank you, and I was out the door. More

The 3 stars is for the work done from the service department, the diagnostics and work completion on behalf of the mechanic is good and I feel good knowing that someone who is well trained in working department, the diagnostics and work completion on behalf of the mechanic is good and I feel good knowing that someone who is well trained in working on Fords is fixing my car. Thats about where it ends, the communication on behalf of the service writer absolutely stinks. There does not seem to be any sense of urgency to get the work complete on my car and I feel the need to call to get an update on my vehicle because the service writer does not keep me informed on what is going on and the status of my vehicle. It is very very frustrating. Also, when I got my car back, it was very dirty with grease all over the indoor armrest and outdoor handles from dirty hands and the outside of my car had dirty spots all over it. I had my car washed about a week before taking it in so it was a little dirty already but annoying to get your car back filthy after taking it in for repair work. I would expect that more from a cheap mom and pop shop, not a name brand dealership. All in all, my car works but this team seems to need some mentoring on customer service. I feel bad leaving a negative review but I received an email looking for a review and the lack of communication or sense of urgency to complete work seems to be consistent with other experiences I've had at this location. The return of my car filthy to me was a disappointing surprise (esp with covid cases on the rise again- no cleaning measures in place) and isolated incident to this current trip. More
