John has been our family’s service advisor for several years. Truthfully we were shopping around to take our cars elsewhere when he immediately solved an ongoing issue I had on one of our vehicles. Typically when you deal with any automotive service company you automatically think they’re in it for the money and they’re fixing things on your car that don’t need to be fixed.. John has always given us a solution and always delivers as promised. My last two forwards we’ve purchased there was because we know our vehicles are in good hands. More

I truly love AutoNation Ford Sanford not only because they do fast, thorough, excellent work but because of the friendliness and professionalism they demonstrate each time I’m there. The person I’ve always dealt with is John Erber, always goes above and beyond to take care of me and whatever issues may arise. I drive a lot from Central to South Florida 3.5 hours each way sometimes twice a day (back and forth) and I obviously need my car to be reliable. One phone call to John and he arranges the best possible service appointment for me when it’s a good time for me. If you find yourself needing your car to be serviced then go to AutoNation Sanford Ford and ask for John Erber, he will help you, be professional, explain what issues there are (if there are any) and he is a very personable, enjoyable person to be around.
