I have called and spoke to one of the Managers at this Auto Nation Ford Location. All Employees were very courteous, but did not give me the correct information. Wait time was unacceptable. I was advised of 1 1/2 hour wait time and it was 2 1/2 hours just for an oil change when I had an appointment. The Tech that checked me out is not the Tech that informed of my wait time. Having arrived for the appointment a little early, I was met by my service representative who confirmed that everything was ready. Scheduled 2 months prior to have recall on brake lines replacement. Hour after dropping vehicle off we got a call “THEY DID NOT HAVE PARTS”.
