The work was done well, but I had an 8:20 AM appointment and the work (a simple oil change) was not finished until 10:05 AM. Took my truck in for just a oil change drop it off Thursday at 6:00 pm to have it changed for Friday I called mid morning and told them I needed it to be done by noon they had at least 4hrs to do it Thursday at 6:00 pm to have it changed for Friday I called mid morning and told them I needed it to be done by noon they had at least 4hrs to do it well the truck was never ready for me till 3:30 that day. They told me they were getting peoples vehicles done first that were waiting in the waiting room first. When I drop off the truck I said I would need it done by noon on Friday that’s why I drop it off the night before. More
