I brought the car in for an oil change only but in discussing the maintenance history it was found additional services were required. Steve explained everything that would be done and why it was impor discussing the maintenance history it was found additional services were required. Steve explained everything that would be done and why it was important to have these services completed. I was apprehensive because of the cost (much more than I anticipated to spend) but I knew it was necessary. Steve was able to find me some savings on the final bill too which was awesome. All-in-all, I was without the car for roughly 5 hours but since I dropped it off and used the shuttle service, it all worked without a hitch. More
