Steven White at the Service Center is incredible. Every time I come in he gets me in and out as conveniently as possible. He explains everything to me in a way that I can understand and makes sure that I k time I come in he gets me in and out as conveniently as possible. Absolute nightmare! They have had my truck for over a month. Go to pick it up to find that the problem has never been fixed. I have already spent $4500.00. Then quoted for another $3800.00. Took 3 months to get a rim in for my 2015 transit, I understand with the world at this point but then I was driving with no spare for 3 weeks waiting on just a tire (different issue) for my spare And w understand with the world at this point but then I was driving with no spare for 3 weeks waiting on just a tire (different issue) for my spare And when I show up unannounced I was told the tire was there, I just left with my blown spare and went to a tire shop and 30 minutes later all is well More
