I’ve worked with four different service advisors at AutoNation all with the exception of one… we’re great. But, Derek was the last advisor I worked with and he will be the one I stick with. He was very knowledgeable, and went over and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and understood everything. He listened to me explain my problem, looked up the notes from the prior advisors and took really good care of me; and offered to take care of my twin sister’s Ford Fusion after picking up mine. Derek has great customer service qualities, people skills and made me feel very very comfortable and I trusted him. The rapport was perfect and fun! I called him the next day for more explanation about my services and the part that was replaced and he confirmed again for me what we discussed the day prior and did not seem bothered or annoyed at all. My Ford Edge is 11 years old and my service dept keeps it running top snitch. It’s easy to get an appt. They are professional and courteous. They really care whether they are doing a good job. Logan Cronk was great, I was not prepared for the amount of time required to do the recall, oil change, and tire rotation, but they had a shuttle that took me to the mall and picked me up when the car was d of time required to do the recall, oil change, and tire rotation, but they had a shuttle that took me to the mall and picked me up when the car was done. Turned out to be a great day.... what women wouldn't want to wait at a mall instead of the dealership. More
My experience at Seminole Ford was outstanding. When I pulled in with my truck needing repair - Steve was amazing. He understood my babble and went straight away to getting it repaired.
