I’ve worked with four different service advisors at AutoNation all with the exception of one… we’re great. But, Derek was the last advisor I worked with and he will be the one I stick with. He was very knowledgeable, and went over and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and understood everything. He listened to me explain my problem, looked up the notes from the prior advisors and took really good care of me; and offered to take care of my twin sister’s Ford Fusion after picking up mine. Derek has great customer service qualities, people skills and made me feel very very comfortable and I trusted him. The rapport was perfect and fun! I called him the next day for more explanation about my services and the part that was replaced and he confirmed again for me what we discussed the day prior and did not seem bothered or annoyed at all. Logan Cronk was great, I was not prepared for the amount of time required to do the recall, oil change, and tire rotation, but they had a shuttle that took me to the mall and picked me up when the car was d of time required to do the recall, oil change, and tire rotation, but they had a shuttle that took me to the mall and picked me up when the car was done.
