I made an appointment for an oil change, told them I was going to wait for my truck and was informed that I was going to have priority. When I arrived for my appointment at my scheduled time, I was informed going to wait for my truck and was informed that I was going to have priority. When I arrived for my appointment at my scheduled time, I was informed that even with an appointment they were still going to take 2 hours!! This is just another complaint I have for this particular dealership. I have previously taken my truck in for minor repairs, only to have to take it back again and again because they didn’t fix the issue. I will not be taking my truck back to this dealership/repair shop again and will find a new repair shop to take my truck to. I don’t feel as if I can trust the mechanics working on my truck and it seems like they really don’t pay attention to appointments. More
