THEIR WAS NO FOLLOW UP ON MY PART THAT HAD TO HE ORDERED. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND ASKED FOR A CALL BACK AND NOBODY CALLED ME BACK. AFTER ABOUT 10 CALLS I DECIDED TO GO IN TO THE DEALER AND SPEAK TO SERVI I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND ASKED FOR A CALL BACK AND NOBODY CALLED ME BACK. AFTER ABOUT 10 CALLS I DECIDED TO GO IN TO THE DEALER AND SPEAK TO SERVICE MYSELF AND FINALLY HE TOLD ME HE HAD TO ORDER MY PART. I STILL HAVE NO HEARD BACK FROM AMYONE AND IT’S BEEN ABOUT 2 MONTHS. The service took over 5 hours. They were quick to deal with the oil change and tire rotation, however my vehicle sat there for 3 and a half hours waiting for an electronic update j They were quick to deal with the oil change and tire rotation, however my vehicle sat there for 3 and a half hours waiting for an electronic update just for them to tell me the computers were down and it couldn’t be done today. Hopefully this process can be faster and/or better next time. More
