The Diagnostic that Ford performed did not determine the root of my AC problem. I was charged for it and two unnecessary repairs before the service department finally discovered what the issue was which the root of my AC problem. Had a part ordered, when it arrived they called to schedule me. I had to miss the appointment and they called again to reschedule me. My initial correspondence with the dealership was by mail (since I live about 150 miles away) and a phone call with the sales person). It took some back-and-forth and the manager's input to get to the bottom (since I live about 150 miles away) and a phone call with the sales person). It took some back-and-forth and the manager's input to get to the bottom line "out-the-door price" for the car. Once that was agreed upon, my experience with the dealership was truly wonderful. At time of pick-up, the car was ready, which I briefly tested. The sales team were friendly, and welcoming with water and coffee, and as efficient as can be expected. They even walked me outside to the car and waived me good-bye like family members. Great experience overall and five stars to the dealership. More
