Autonation has provided me great service after the sale (even though they were not the dealership that I purchased my new truck from). I recently had an issue, that the dealer (Mullinax) I purchased it fro (even though they were not the dealership that I purchased my new truck from). Auto Nation service rep (Derick) discussed and resolved the issue the same morning I brought the issue to him. Even though he had never experienced this issue before, he brought in an outside specialist to look at it and had it fixed mid morning. That’s what you call real service to the customer. More

We had a serious problem with our Ford Escape at a critical time when we had guests in from out of state for .. and the service process was superb.
