The dealership itself seems okay the service manager Ronnie is a great guy. Their service person Wes took completed advantage of me and I still have not got anything that I took my truck there for done Ronnie is a great guy. I finally had to go to the service manager to complain and still no progress until I got upset when they told me they were backed up and only had two diesel mechanics and others ahead of me. I questioned why did they give an appointment if they could not provide the service when scheduled. When they make appointment it is not the customer problem if they can not provide. My suggestion to customers is if you need ford service done to your vehicle take it to someone else because this one will keep your car until the cows come home. You have to keep bothering them to get anywhere and then you will end up making complaints because they can not perform when required and if you are lucky to get a return call from your adviser you will get nothing but excuses. I took my vehicle in to this dealer for an oil leak. I was told the valve cover gaskets and the qil pan gaskets were the cause of the leak. Replacing them would cost almost $2,500 and would take approximately 4 days. I agreed. Six days later when I called, I was told that parts were required and they hadn't started on the car. No one called me to update. I was then told the technician would start on my car when he finished other cars, and that it would take another week. That week went by, and when I called today, I was told that it may take another week, which would mean that they will have had my car for a month. I have been dealing with this service department for 13 years, and have never experienced this poor service. Fortunately, this will be the last service they will do on my vehicles. The large screen TV in the waiting area says "Of course we can fix it, we built it". I guess that only applies to cars under warranty. Never again!!!!! More
Worst service department writer in the history of car dealerships. My husband and I were on vacation here. Unfortunately, we are being told we may have to evacuate, the campground we are at, in the next dealerships. My husband and I were on vacation here. Unfortunately, we are being told we may have to evacuate, the campground we are at, in the next 48 hours due to the threat of a tropical storm/possible hurricane. The irony of it all is that we were on our way to pickup a new rv ac unit ( it went out the night before) when our Ford F-250 threw an error code. We stopped at this dealership since the truck was a diesel and generally requires a tech with diesel knowledge. When we told service writer what code it produces he literally shrugged us off. Then rudely told us it would be three weeks before he could even have anyone look at it. I understand that may be the situation, but we were very stressed and concerned about being able to tow our rv and evacuate! Not to mention, I’m an emergency room frontline healthcare worker and now may have to report home in 12 hrs. He had no care or concern for us. He didn’t make any suggestions as to what we could, but worst of all was he demeanor and lack of compassion!! I’m not surprised this dealership only has 2.6 stars! Fortunately, we found A &D Repairs. They immediately took our truck in to repair it. I can’t praise him or his staff enough! What nice caring people. If you are having diesel issues and are in Panama City, Florida do yourself a favor and take it to A&D Repairs! More

That is my problem that they have to work with, since they sold me the truck. When I told them about it they got an attitude and I was told that they had someone that could take it out of the truck. By the law, I cant let them do that. Told them I could show them how to use it and they had to go speak to someone else. When she came back she said I would have to leave it, that it would be a week and a half before they could look at it! What did the give me an appointment for if it was going to be 10 more days or so before they would look at it. Will never do business with them again!! More

Lucky for me the entire guts of the door handle mechanism wasn't even broken...the cable had just popped loose. It took a collision guy 20 minutes to repair it for FREE. FYI: broken door handles are notorious in Fords (according to the collision guy, You Tube, and Google sites), but oddly, NO RECALLS yet issued. Glad I shopped around and saved my ton of money. More

You guys also fixed my car, in a small window of time, which I really appreciate. Dawn in the Service department is awesome, and would definitely tell my friends to come here(if I lived here). They managed to turn my drive shaft 180 degrees resulting in severe driveline vibration, but they don't believe it is their responsibility. More details below: I drop off my truck for scheduled appointment to balance wheels. Four hours later, they finally look at it and ask about changing some U-Joints and similar work. I approve the work. . What they didn't tell me was "It's gonna take all day". At the end of the day it seemed worse than ever and they said they ran out of time to balance the wheels. REMEMBER -- that's why I took it there. They are so sorry, but if I can bring it back first thing in the morning (7AM), they'll get those wheels balanced. THE NEXT DAY So I do a quick turn around and a hour long drive gets me back the next day at 7AM so they can get on it "right away". (We're still just talking about a wheel balance. ) Five and one half hours later they tell me the truck is done but believe the vibration isbeing caused by something else. I've now spent over $650 and they now think the real problem is an out of balance drive shaft caused by a balancing weight coming off. They recommend another service company that specializes in this work, but I ignore their advice, which by now seems to be the only "good" advice. Two months later, and I find out what's wrong with my truck. After arriving back at my summer residence the local garage, after about three hours of assorted checking, adjusting and wondering finally called me and asked " IS THERE ANY CHANCE THEY" (cook whitehead)" COULD HAVE PUT THE DRIVE SHAFT 180 DEGREES BACKWARDS ?" SO after another $250 the damage done by COOK WHITEHEAD is fixed. So I'm around $900 . I felt I should have financial participation from Cook Whitehead and despite letters sent by me with copies of all repair bills and a referral letter from FORD MOTOR CO> NO response from WHitehead.
